Hydrite Acquires Servco Chemical

BROOKFIELD, Wis., March 24, 2017 

Hydrite announces the acquisition of SERVCO, a specialty chemical company located in Lubbock, Texas. SERVCO's facility in northwest Texas will expand Hydrite's geographic reach, allowing them to more effectively service customers in the Southwestern portion of the United States.

"SERVCO's strength in the dairy, food and beverage, and energy industries align well with Hydrite's positioning as a leader in the specialty chemical market," says Hydrite's CEO John Honkamp. With the acquisition, Hydrite now has 12 facilities spread throughout 6 states.
